Step 2: We evaluate the fault and find the reason & solution, then give you technical support by e-mail or phone call until the fault solved.

 

Step 3: If the fault caused by our manufacturing defects, we will send you free spare parts within warranty until the fault solved, however, if the fault caused by your improper installation/operation/maintenance, you need to buy the spare parts.
